What do we do?
We build detached ADUs and casitas, garage conversions, attached ADUs and guest houses. Design and permits are part of every project, so you are not coordinating a designer, an engineer, a permit runner and a contractor on your own.

How do we work?
- Lot first. City rules, easements and HOA covenants before any sketch.
- Written, itemized quotes. Every line of the job priced and in writing before construction.
- Plain answers. If an ADU will not fit your lot or your budget, we say so early.
- Arizona rules only. Our guides cite Arizona statutes and city sources, with dates.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ADU Craft Phoenix is licensed with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (ROC) and insured. We include our ROC license number and insurance details with every written quote, and you can verify any Arizona contractor's license on the ROC's website.
